Description

As a Tournament Coordinator at Enation Gaming, you’ll be responsible for organizing and executing online gaming tournaments across titles like Valorant, FIFA 25, and others. You will oversee player registrations, create match brackets, enforce rules, and ensure the smooth running of each event from start to finish.

  • Plan and schedule regular tournaments for multiple game titles
  • Manage team/player registration, check-ins, and communication
  • Build and update tournament brackets using platforms (e.g. Challonge, Battlefy)
  • Monitor matches to ensure fair play and rule compliance
  • Coordinate with streamers, casters, and moderators for live events
  • Communicate clearly with participants via Discord and other platforms
  • Record results and update leaderboards
  • Handle disputes or technical issues during tournaments
  • Provide post-event reports and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of competitive gaming (especially Valorant, FIFA, etc.)
  • Experience using tournament platforms like Toornament, Battlefy, or Challonge
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and French/English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure during live events
  • Comfortable using Discord, Google Sheets, and streaming tools
  • Passion for esports and community-building in Morocco
  • Prior experience in tournament coordination is a big plus
